SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT
**Services**
Your subscription includes access to Community Market Leader’s (CML) Mashore Method Platform for each team member. Each license covers one user and provides access to:
- Customer Relationship Management System
- Website
- Landing Pages, Squeeze Pages, Funnels
**Monthly Fees**
- $0/month for one user if enrolled in CML (Elite, Mastery, CAB, or Founders programs)
- $197/month per user if you exit the CML program
**Payment**
Monthly fees are billed in US dollars on the same day each month for the upcoming month. Your stored payment information will be used for billing. If we don't have valid payment info, you'll receive a secure link to update it.
**Credit Card Requirement**
A credit card must be on file for your Mashore Method account setup. Even if not charged immediately, it is required for premium features, calls, and SMS services.
**Terms and Conditions**
This Agreement governs your use of the Mashore Method services. By subscribing, you agree to:
1. Provide accurate credit information and maintain a wallet balance for service charges.
3. All charges will be deducted from the user’s wallet balance.
**Support**
Open office hours for support are available and listed in your FB group and the Mashore Method Training Program. Advanced support is available for a fee. Canceling a one-on-one tech call with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missing the appointment, will incur a $30 fee.
**Snapshots**
Access to Snapshots (website templates, funnels, workflows) is available only during an active subscription. After cancellation or termination, these Snapshots will no longer be accessible or transferrable.
