The Mashore Method Activation

Subscription Agreement

(KMC Students and KMO Only)

This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between you (“Customer” or “you”) and Community Market Leader, Inc. (“Provider,” “we,” or “us”) regarding your use of the Mashore Method Platform (“Platform”) and related services.

This Agreement is subject to the Terms of Service available at https://tos.kristamashore.com/full and any other document incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Terms of Service, this Agreement shall control solely with respect to such conflict or inconsistency.

1. Services

Your subscription includes access to Community Market Leader’s Mashore Method Platform for each member of your team. Each license covers one user and provides access to the following features:

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System

• Website

• Landing Pages, Squeeze Pages, and Funnels

2. Monthly Fees

$0 per month for one user if enrolled in any CML Program: Elite, Mastery, CAB, or Founders

$0 per month for one user if sponsored under Krista’s eXp Organization (EXP)

$97 per month for one user if eXp not sponsored under Krista

$197 per month per user if student alumni

3. Payment

Monthly fees are billed in U.S. Dollars on the same day each month for the upcoming month’s service. Your stored payment method will be used for all subscription charges. If your payment information expires or becomes invalid, you will receive a secure link via email to update it. All subscription fees are non-refundable, including upon suspension or termination in accordance with this Agreement.

4. Credit Card Requirement

Adding a valid credit card to your Mashore Method account is mandatory for setup and continued access. Even if charges are not immediately applied, your card will be used for:

• Premium features

• Workflow automations

• Call and SMS services

Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in account suspension.

5. Billing and Wallet System

You agree to maintain accurate credit card information and a sufficient wallet balance for on-demand charges associated with your account. All service-related fees listed below are automatically deducted from your wallet balance:

Content AI 61,730 words or 95 images for $10

All charges are deducted automatically from your wallet balance. It is your responsibility to maintain sufficient funds to prevent service interruption. Provider may suspend the Platform immediately if the wallet balance is insufficient or if on-demand charges are declined.

6. Support

Your program includes access to Open Office Hours for support, available through your Facebook Group and the Mashore Method Training Platform. For general assistance, please refer to the Help Library and Training Modules. Advanced Support or One-on-One Tech Calls are available for an additional fee. Canceling a scheduled tech call with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missing the appointment, will result in a $30 cancellation fee, automatically charged to your card on file. Repeated missed or late cancellations may result in revocation of your ability to book future tech calls for the remainder of your program term.

7. Snapshots and Intellectual Property

Access to Snapshots, website templates, funnels, and workflows is limited to the duration of your active subscription. Upon termination or cancellation, you will lose access to all Snapshots, funnels, and workflow templates and forfeit the ability to transfer or migrate these materials. All related intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Krista Mashore and Community Market Leader, Inc.

8. Agreement and Authorization

By electronically signing this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined herein and in the Terms of Service.

• You are responsible for payment of all fees due under this Agreement, and such fees are non-refundable.

• You warrant that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement.

• You authorize Community Market Leader, Inc. to charge your stored payment method for all applicable subscription and service fees.

• You acknowledge Provider’s rights to suspend or terminate as set out in Section 9.

9. Term, Termination, and Suspension

9.1 Term. This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues month-to-month until terminated as provided below.

9.2 Termination by Provider for Convenience. Provider may terminate this Agreement and any user’s access for any reason upon thirty days’ written notice.

9.3 Immediate Termination or Suspension for Cause. Provider may immediately suspend the Platform or terminate this Agreement if:

• Any fee, wallet top-up, or charge remains unpaid when due.

• Customer breaches this Agreement, Terms of Service, or applicable law.

• Provider believes Customer’s use creates security or operational risks.

• Customer attempts to copy, export, or misuse Provider’s intellectual property.

• A third-party provider suspends service to Customer or Provider for Customer’s activities.

9.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination:

• All rights and access to the Platform cease.

• Customer remains responsible for all fees through the termination date.

• All fees paid are non-refundable.

• Provider has no obligation to provide transition services.

• All intellectual property remains Provider’s exclusive property.

9.5 Customer Data. Upon written request within 30 days after termination, and after payment of all dues, Provider will make Customer’s CRM records available in a machine-readable format. After 30 days, Provider may delete Customer Data subject to retention requirements.

9.6 No Liability for Suspension or Termination. Provider is not liable for loss or damage arising from suspension or termination in accordance with this Section.

9.7 Survival. Sections 3, 5, 7, 8, 9.4–9.7, and any provisions that by nature should survive will continue after termination.

10. Changes to Services and Policies

Provider may modify or discontinue features, impose new limits, or update rates for usage-based services upon notice. Continued use after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.
